- All products must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. The material restocking fee is 15% of the invoiced amount of the returned product. Only store credit will be refunded.
- Discontinued / special order/items without stock cannot be returned. Items that have been damaged, cut or if not in the original condition cannot be returned.
- The merchandise must be inspected at the time of loading and if defects are found, the material must be rejected or the defect described in the Pick List. Claims will not be accepted after the products are loaded and the selection list is signed without claims for defects. Target Stone will not accept claims after the material has been uploaded. Returns will be inspected by our staff. Returns will not be accepted if the returned material has marks and defects not described in the Pick List.
- All-natural stones show variation and contain marks. Target Stone understands that long-term reputation depends on the quality of the product and service. We take pride in our work and are committed to total satisfaction in everything we do. We support our product！

All prices are subject to change without notice. All such taxes, duties, or other charges shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer shall provide the seller an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities.
